I have them all and keep scrolling back to re read. there's so much I would of said on our phone calls or our texts. I look forward to seeing him again, giving him a big hug, and saying with a smile, "I told you so." He knew that and always expressed both concern and appreciation for her support during their 52 years of marriage. The best thing he ever did was marry his wife, Anita. If anyone had a question about either, he probably had the answer. Charlie wrote beautiful poems about his pets.Ĭharlie loved cars and motorcycles. We shared a love for animals, passed on to us by both our parents. He set a record for the 100 yard dash and he was very proud of that. I also remember the many track and field ribbons he won in high school. We recently wrote each other about that as we both remembered it, but he even recalled the type of plane it was. One of my fondest memories were of Charlie and I playing in the plane, pretending to be pilots flying all over the world. Behind the hangar, leaning against the building, was an old small aircraft, abandoned and surrounded by tall grass. When we were children, our parents often visited Dalhart friends in Texas and the zoo owned by the Gumpers situated in a small airplane hangar. We continue to pray for Donna as she grieves for the loss of her mother, father and brother in such a short time.īeverly and George ran the race and finished the course and we know that they received their eternal reward in Heaven.Īfter viewing the wonderful Memorial Service for Beverly, we realize that she was taught wellīy her Pastor and church of the assurance of her salvation The Gospel was given in a kind simple presentation which Beverly would appreciate. We are all thankful for Donna, John and Jacquie for taking good care of her in the last days. Her faith was steadfast and sure and built on the solid Rock. I remember communication with Beverly when she was first was diagnosed with cancer several years ago, and we discussed how her faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ would sustain her which He did for many more years. We remember that Beverly called family right away at midnight to wish them Happy New Year as family was first for her. They came to see the Blue Angels and another time to see the New Years fireworks on the river in downtown Jacksonville. They visited us in Jacksonville on several occasions and we always had a great time. Praise God for Triston and he’ll be sorely missed, but reunited in spirit always and forever.īeverly and George were such kind and loving people and Cindy and I will miss them greatly. Being an Auntie from the Marcy & Dubiel faction - Martina would be as grateful and happy. I’m also so glad that Triston was so loved and cherished by so many. I’m eternally and deeply grateful for the blessing to everyone’s life that Triston was and how he united so many wonderful people. I loved watching videos and looking at pictures of him and his family. Despite being distant, Triston was a light in my life and in so many people’s lives. I loved watching him grow up and see him overcome life trials. I loved watching, although from a distance and filtered lense, his athleticism and adventurous spirit. I loved watching him being a loyal life partner as a young adult and being a father. I had blinders with Triston and I could only see his best qualities.

I loved his inquisitiveness and ingenuity. I loved seeing his mischievous look as much as his expressions of wonder. What brings a smile to my face is picturing his smile and hearing his laugh. I have many cherished memories of sweet Triston.
